About the role

We’re hiring an Onsite Customer Experience Associate I in Hamilton Square, NJ to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Training Requirements

• Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program (Week 1 classroom training; Weeks 2–3 supported call handling)
• Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses

Pay

$17.50/hour, with a monthly incentive opportunity of up to $350 after training by meeting performance metrics. Night or weekend differential may apply based on shift worked.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST.
