Customer Experience Associate - $18.50

Responsibilities

• Aid with general inquiries and process customer orders
• Coordinate and track customer shipments
• Manage customer open orders/backorders and expedite shortages
• Act as liaison between customers, sales, materials, and warehouse
• Support sales with forecasting and placement sheet updates
• Maintain accurate customer pricing and quotations
• Identify and solve problems quickly and kindly
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements
• Provide internal team support

Qualifications

• Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• SAP experience
• Account management or sales support

Shift

M-F: 8 AM - 5 PM
