Responsibilities
- Set the tone from the start - Welcome every customer with confidence, energy, and a genuine smile.
- Drive membership growth - Educate customers on our Unlimited Membership program and confidently convert interest into loyalty.
- Turn service into sales - Read the customer, adjust your approach, and close — without ever being pushy.
- Handle the hard moments - Resolve concerns quickly and professionally. When things go sideways, you make it right and leave them impressed.
- Keep the site sharp - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.
- Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and professional image — you show up on time, polished, and ready
- Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy
- Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them
- Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly
- Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
- Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
