Responsibilities
- Re-engage customers who previously had consultations but did not purchase
- Schedule follow-up appointments and manage retention efforts
- Review sales recordings and notes to identify opportunities
- Contact customers via phone and email to address objections and understand needs
- Accurately document activities and outcomes in CRM
- Maintain professionalism and uphold brand standards in all interactions
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong inside sales IQ with experience in warm lead rehash
- Prior phone sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and analytical
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, results-driven role
