Responsibilities

  • Re-engage customers who previously had consultations but did not purchase
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and manage retention efforts
  • Review sales recordings and notes to identify opportunities
  • Contact customers via phone and email to address objections and understand needs
  • Accurately document activities and outcomes in CRM
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold brand standards in all interactions

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong inside sales IQ with experience in warm lead rehash
  • Prior phone sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and analytical
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time, results-driven role
