Customer Delivery Driver

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join Carvana—the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

About the Role

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required; ample training provided)
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (requires physical effort) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe operation
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
• Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy
• Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana; state-specific requirements apply)
• Satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems
• Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or equivalent within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana)
• California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana)

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions, with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Requires high and low levels of movement, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting
• Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs
• Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card

Schedule

• Shift hours: 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm
• Availability required 7 days a week; days off rotate between weekdays and weekends

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $18/hr
• Pay range: $18–$20 hourly
• At 3 months: $18.50/hr
• At 6 months: $19/hr
• Performance-based increases up to $20/hr within the first year through the Careers Not Jobs program (four merit opportunities annually)
• Additional $0.50/hr increase every 90 days for eligible team members
• Potential for location-specific performance-based incentive programs
