Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery Driver in ensuring customers receive their furniture with care, precision, and professionalism.
• Inspect, wrap, and prepare orders for transport.
• Assist with loading and unloading the delivery truck.
• Work as part of a team to assemble furniture and place items in the customer’s home as requested.
• Contribute to creating a warm and memorable delivery experience for customers.
• Adhere to Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a qualified driving record (highly preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with your delivery partner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude, even during challenging or high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including items over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
