About the role

This position involves acting as the first point of contact for many customers online, fostering meaningful connections across various communication platforms. It also includes providing thoughtful, personalized, and helpful communications to customers regarding product ingredients, availability, store locations, and general inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Foster meaningful connections across various communication platforms (ticketing platform, social media, website chat, email, SMS, etc.)
  • Provide thoughtful, personalized, helpful, and informative communications to customers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Siete products
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect and organize customer insights, identify trends, and provide additional support
  • Collaborate within a growing and multi-faceted team on shared departmental and company goals
  • Ensure delightful, timely, and accurate shipments by working with the Siete fulfillment team
  • Handle and prioritize daily workflow using top-notch organizational skills
  • Model the Siete "do everything with love" approach to the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences
  • Embody the Siete "Juntos es Mejor" culture
  • Occasionally work on holidays, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

Experience in customer service or equivalent experience is preferred, with 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in the CPG industry or related experience is a plus. Proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, a knack for hospitality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential. A natural talent for figuring things out and a desire to help others bring joy are also required.

Skills
