About the role
As a Customer/Dealer Support Specialist, you will be the front line in providing a positive experience for our customers and dealers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries, providing solutions for service issues, product information, and orders.
- Capture and enter warranty data, including customer orders for products, replacement parts, and accessories.
- Process returns, authorize refunds, and manage returned merchandise as necessary.
- Resolve shipping and order status issues, including following up on outstanding invoices (e.g., freight and shipping charges).
- Perform outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments, and product delivery or service.
- Enter orders from customers and sales staff as required for backup.
- Manage escalation situations and perform user testing as needed.
- Handle additional duties, special projects, and processing returns and warranty claims.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- 2-5 years of customer service experience.
- Experience servicing B2B dealers preferred.
- Warranty experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
- Experience with Zendesk, Zoom, and Teams is a plus but not required.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to pick up new tools with minimal guidance.
