Customer Contact Center Rep | Flex

About the role

You will work exclusively Monday-Friday, no evenings and no weekends. Any employee who lives within a 50 mile radius of our offices in Golden Valley, MN will be required to come into the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from both Customers and Financial Professionals.
• Be trained on our products in a structured and active inbound contact-center environment.
• Answer inquiries on product features, understand product performance, and educate callers on the self-service features of our website.
• Take and key trade instructions provided on calls.
• Work with the Contact Center Management team to exceed published benchmarks related to soft skills, accuracy, call handle time, and attendance.
• Put the caller's needs first by prioritizing solving problems, de-escalating situations where warranted, and helping guide a first call resolution.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer proficiency skills.
• Focus on customer relationships.
• Shift-times between 7am-6pm.
• Appropriate internet speed in order to be effective at home of 50 mbps or higher of download speed.

• Highly motivated and able to meet or exceed standard call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Range $43,000 - $47,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location.

Schedule

Shift-times between 7am-6pm.
