About the role
Ensures all service calls are answered and entered into company systems in a timely and accurate manner. Provides the best possible customer service to internal as well as external customers. Handles level 1 call types.
Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team for service.
- Responds to routine customer inquiries via live call or email as needed.
- Follows up on any special customer needs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask.
- Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period.
- Able to work various shifts with short notice.
Qualifications
The role requires a high level of customer service and technical proficiency. Must be able to handle routine and specialized customer inquiries.
