About the role

Ensures all service calls are answered and entered into company systems in a timely and accurate manner. Provides the best possible customer service to internal as well as external customers. Handles level 1 call types.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team for service.
  • Responds to routine customer inquiries via live call or email as needed.
  • Follows up on any special customer needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask. Completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period required. Must be able to work various shifts with short notice.

Qualifications

The role requires a strong work ethic, creativity, and a cooperative spirit. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, orders, and mandates.

Skills

Pay

Ancillary information provided: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $17.20-21.84 hourly.

Schedule

This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring three days in the office and the option to work from home the remaining days (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days).
