About the role
Serenity is a company dedicated to supporting personal progress and well-being through structured service programs. We are currently seeking Customer Care Specialists who can provide one-on-one support, operate specialized equipment, encourage participants, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
- Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
- Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, hard-working, and open to feedback
- Background check and drug screening required
Qualifications
No specialized experience required. Comprehensive paid training and certification will be provided to ensure confidence in your role.
Skills
