Customer Care Specialist
About the role
As a Customer Care Specialist at Serenity, you'll be the friendly, reliable presence that individuals interact with throughout their program experience. You'll help create a welcoming environment, guide people through scheduled sessions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
- Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
- Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check and drug screening required
Qualifications
