About the role
We are looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our team in Provo, UT. Our team provides a supportive environment that helps individuals feel encouraged, confident, and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
- Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
- Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, hard-working, and open to feedback
- Background check and drug screening required
Qualifications
- No specialized experience required

Pay
$23-$30/hr + quarterly performance based bonuses.
