We are seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our team in Estrella, AZ. Our program supports personal progress and well-being through a structured service program. No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training and certification are provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
- Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
- Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with
- Keep accurate records of session progress and communicate updates with team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, hard-working, and open to feedback
- Background check and drug screening required
