We are seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Our program supports personal progress and well-being through a structured service program. No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training and certification are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
  • Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
  • Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
  • Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, hard-working, and open to feedback
  • Background check and drug screening required
