Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve callers’ needs in a single call (One Call Resolution) in a professional manner.
• Manage 60+ high-volume inbound customer calls daily while delivering efficient, high-quality service.
• Process cancellations.
• Enter data into CRM.
• Create contact logs/documentation.
• Schedule leads.
• Projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma is required.
• This is a hybrid role with in-office training and the flexibility to work remotely after onboarding.
