Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Answer incoming calls and answer questions or provide information on accounts. Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s concern; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. Resolve insurance issues and credit reporting problems with customers. Process extensions and due day change requests. Other duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Team Lead.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a rotating Saturday once every 6-8 weeks.
