Job Description
A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of client products. Duties Will Include:
- Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
- Providing detailed order information.
- Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Basic computer navigation skills required.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook required.
- Customer Service experience desired.
- Call Center experience desired.
