Customer Care Specialist
Position
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist with inquiries related to sales and billing. This role will involve answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers.
Job Summary
This role will involve answering incoming calls and processing payments. You will have a working knowledge of pricing, availability, and function of the services and equipment available to their customers across our service footprint. You will work with field technicians and other associates to schedule on-site technician visits. You will maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when engaging customers on the phone or in person. You will act as a liaison with customers to handle new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects, and service questions or concerns. You will provide professional and effective communication with customers when on the phone, email, or in person.
Basic Qualifications
- Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
- Interested in learning and becoming educated on all of the products offered
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Schedule
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Shifts range from Sunday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekend schedules
