Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

Answer all incoming phone calls for the dealership.

Schedule service appointments for customers.

Answer all incoming Internet leads to set up appointments to meet with our sales staff.

Follow up on sold sales customers.

Follow up on customers that came in to the dealership but did not buy.

Some Daily Tasks Include

• Effectively answer inbound calls, emails, texts and Internet chats.
• Aid customers with setting up appointments for service and sales.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries for sales, parts and service.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have accurate and fluent speaking and writing skills
• High School Diploma required
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check
• Must be willing to work some nights and weekends

Pay

$45,000-$55,000; depending on job performance income could be higher

Schedule

The employee would work 40 hours a week. This person would work one night a week and one weekend per month.
