Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our Service team at Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen. In this role, you will act as a point of contact post-installation for customers throughout the lifecycle of their project to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact all customers post-installation to ensure installation went smoothly and provide a path forward for any post-install issues or concerns, delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.
• Manage back-end aspects of projects to ensure first-time completion within provided timelines.
• Close out projects with customers by the next business day upon completion to collect feedback for recognition or improvement.
• Relay customer feedback to other departments as needed while following up on the customer’s behalf.
• Provide feedback to sales and production management based on customer insights.
• Solicit online reviews from customers through closeout calls, survey results, and follow-up emails or phone conversations.
• Scan service orders and confirmation documents into the correct customer’s electronic file.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Experience in a sales environment with a background in securing repeat/referral business and building rapport.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent job experience; Customer Relations/Business Management background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, email, PCS, iPad functions, and other basic computer operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure follow-through on customer resolution.

Pay

USD $21.00 - USD $23.00 per hour.
