Duties
- Interact with customers via email, in a tech-savvy, modern way.
- Tackle customer inquiries and issues with innovation and efficiency.
- Become a Brighton product expert and guide customers to their perfect style.
- Collect and share valuable customer insights to help us continually improve.
Qualifications
- Empathetic communicator: You don't just write to respond; you empathize and have the ability to connect with words and can express them effortlessly.
- Professional Communication: Articulate, experience communicating in a thoughtful, kind manner that fits our culture.
- Customer-Centric: You're obsessed with customer satisfaction and can turn any situation into a positive experience. You’re compassionate, understanding, friendly, happy, and efficient to help find the answers with the utmost satisfaction.
- Digital Experience: You're comfortable with digital tools, such as Zendesk and Shopify and the fast-paced world of online customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer‑facing role; experience in online or e‑commerce support is a plus.
