Job Summary
Urgent Need for Customer Care Representative
Responsibilities
- Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
- Manage customer technical support needs
- Oversee service and repair of capital equipment
- Work in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
- Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes
- Support marketing with new product launches
- Adhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policies
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred
- Ability to solve basic math equations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work well cross-functionally and within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills
- Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions
