Job Summary

Urgent Need for Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

  • Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
  • Manage customer technical support needs
  • Oversee service and repair of capital equipment
  • Work in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
  • Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes
  • Support marketing with new product launches
  • Adhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policies

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred
  • Ability to solve basic math equations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work well cross-functionally and within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills
  • Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions
