Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care is the only 24/7 animal hospital in Las Vegas offering access to a full range of specialties, including surgery, cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, neurology, oncology, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, compassionate communication with clients
  • Check in clients for scheduled appointments and assist with scheduling
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Respond to basic client questions with accuracy and care
  • Review estimates and process financial transactions
  • Help maintain clean, organized hospital and client areas
  • Ensure client and patient confidentiality at all times
  • Meet or exceed standards for attendance, punctuality, productivity, and work quality
  • Act as an ambassador for VECC by consistently demonstrating courtesy, professionalism, and empathy

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a veterinary hospital preferred (Candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply!)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional client care
  • Passion for lifelong learning and continuous improvement
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently. Additional fluency in other languages is preferred but not required.

Pay

$17.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
