About the Role

The Customer Care Representative operates within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning, handling destination, booking, supplier, sales-support, and traveler-service workflows. This role focuses on service resolution, ensuring decisions reflect the specific demands of the operating environment.

The role requires maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing customer care tasks. All actions must leave a visible record of source, owner, status, and next action, evaluated through a customer-focused, care-focused, and service-representation lens.

Responsibilities

  • Document customer care actions and issue resolutions, ensuring traceability of source, owner, status, and next steps within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
  • Maintain Travel Experts UK role documentation with status tracking, ensuring visibility of progress and accountability.
  • Reconcile case management with deadline management, keeping unresolved items assigned and surfacing repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
  • Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring all checkpoints follow a customer-focused, care-focused, and service-representation work profile.
  • Review quality control and workflow management to maintain usability under the specific demands of the operating environment.

Requirements

  • Confidently use the Travel Experts UK workflow context and customer service tools to support cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning.
  • Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a customer care-focused workflow.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions clearly, ensuring reasoning is traceable within the operating context.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when customer care depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs include current status tracking, follow-up, and documentation; incomplete signals keep the work open.
