Customer Care Representative
Description
Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers inquiring about and questions/issues regarding products, warranties, orders, service updates, etc. Often serving as the first point of contact for the organization - including general customer service questions and transferring calls to other departments.
Assess customer needs via phone and partner with internal teams/departments to transfer and escalate customer issues to appropriate department as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document all customer information into internal computer database.
Follow up with customers via phone and email as necessary to close out customer inquiries.
Skills
- Customer service oriented
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing CSR, call center, order entry, retail management)
- OR B.A. Degree and 6+ months of customer service exp

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
