Customer Care Representative
About the Role
The Customer Care Representative operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses on customer care and service resolution, ensuring decisions reflect the unique demands of the event environment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while delivering customer-focused service representation. All actions must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer care-focused representation with issue resolution, ensuring traceability of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile global events role documentation with status tracking for customer care representation.
- Coordinate case management with deadline management, ensuring visibility of all dependencies and exceptions.
- Review documentation and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance in a customer-focused workflow.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear and traceable.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when awaiting external confirmations rather than making assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of customer care tasks only when issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Decision Pattern & Quality Standards
Strong customer care representation in this role means service resolution remains usable under the specific demands of event management and marketing. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be surfaced before they cause downstream rework.
Role Fit
- Confidently use Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Customer Service tools to support event management and marketing.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a customer care-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in decision-making.
