Responsibilities
- Represent Riley Blake Designs professionally and warmly in all communications, building positive relationships with every customer, sales associate, and internal team.
- Aid B2B customers promptly and professionally by phone and email.
- Quickly assess and diplomatically resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist and convey information clearly and efficiently to customers.
- Help customers and sales reps with billing questions, product information, and shipping requests.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining thorough records for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of phone and written customer support experience.
- Proficiency with computers is essential for this role.
- Experience with NetSuite or other CRM software is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal qualities including integrity, credibility, and dedication to Riley Blake Designs' mission.
- Regular attendance is essential.
Education
- BA or BS preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Personal Qualities
- Knowledge of sewing, quilting, and pattern interpretation is required.
- Machine embroidery experience is a plus.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role with flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, based on team needs—with the potential for a hybrid schedule on Fridays.
