Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of financial services such as account transfers, stop payment requests, check orders, statement requests, etc.
- Identify the financial needs of our customers and timely resolve issues/concerns.
- Ensure quick and proper responses to all reasonable customer requests.
- Perform Maintenance to update customer and account information.
- Perform research tasks as needed.
- Perform daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch.
- Follow all company policies and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate with customers, internal employees and vendors on a daily basis through face-to-face, telephone, written and email interactions
- Organized with a sense of strong time management and the ability to manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment, interacting well, and in a positive manner, with coworkers and management
- Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all aspects of The New Washington State Bank
- Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and diplomacy and tact in problem resolution weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud

- At least 1 year of banking experience
