About the role
Glenwood State Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative for their Alexandria location. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Assist with everyday banking needs
- Answer customer questions
- Guide customers through transactions and digital banking tools
- Create a welcoming, dependable experience for all customers
- Expand knowledge of bank services and strengthen community relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
