Job Details
The Customer Care Representative I role involves providing information and solutions to callers regarding deposit products, loans, bank services, and online banking products and services. Key responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, maintaining accuracy, resolving customer concerns promptly, and developing new customer relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in retail, office, bank, or customer service preferred

Work Schedule
This position requires 40 hours per week, with typical work hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., and a Saturday rotation with the Customer Care team. Overtime may be required depending on workload, and some travel for training and seminars or other branches may be necessary.
