Responsibilities
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Providing material quotes and processing customer orders
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Making monthly goals and objectives for service goals
- Cold calling and follow-up calls to expand business
Requirements
- 1-3 years customer service / sales related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Mac computers
- Good time management and basic math skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
