About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Providing material quotes and processing customer orders
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Meeting monthly service goals and objectives
• Making cold calls and follow-up calls to expand business

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Mac computers
• Strong time management and good written, oral communication, and basic math skills
