About the role
Careington International is a 45-year-old leader in health and wellness benefits, offering 150+ products and services. Its affiliated TPA provides full-scale administrative services, and the U.S. Customer CARE team supports over 30 million members.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience by answering calls, providing information, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Maintain performance metrics and collaborate with peers and support teams.
- Participate in coaching sessions, quality calibration, and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Onsite, Monday through Friday at 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033.
- Must live in the Dallas metroplex and be able to work onsite.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay
Hourly pay begins at $18.25 per hour with opportunities for raises during the initial six months of employment. Bilingual in English and Spanish may qualify for increased hourly pay following evaluation.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Initial 5 weeks: Mandatory 100% attendance during initial six to seven days of classroom training, followed by participation in live customer calls and use of the TEAMS IM tool.
