About the role

Bravera Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative in Bismarck, ND. This role is for an employee- and director-owned company dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and organizational progress.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with transaction processing while providing quality service.
  • Researching and responding to online chat requests from customers.
  • Multitasking through multiple computer systems while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
  • Opening and maintaining deposit accounts, internet banking, debit/ATM cards, wire transfers, address change requests, and IRA accounts.
  • Working effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Cross-selling all bank products and services.
  • Knowing and following current banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
  • Leveraging opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the organization by engaging with all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
  • Adhering to all banking rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and reporting any suspicious activities to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of banking experience or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay

Competitive salary with potential for incentive compensation.
