Customer Care Representative

About the role

ATI Restoration, LLC (ATI) is seeking experienced customer service professionals with a focus on inbound and outbound sales. Responsibilities

• Use exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to save and retain clients calling ATI from various media sources.
• Convert interested callers into appointments with ATI’s outside sales team.
• Follow up on all prospects until they choose a partner for ATI’s services.
• Work in a high-energy sales environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Align the features, benefits, and pricing of ATI’s products and services with customer needs.
• Adhere to productivity metrics to ensure all calls are handled efficiently.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of extensive inbound phone call experience, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Proven ability to listen effectively and empathetically to solve customer problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology and adeptness in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• A strong commitment to compliance and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• A customer-centric mindset and passion for customer service.
• Experience in sales-driven customer service roles.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred).

Pay and Schedule

Estimated pay range: $20-22 per hour. Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Nights and weekends are required due to the nature of the role.
