About the role

We’re building the operating system for modern wellness businesses—products that don’t just look good, but actually help studio owners and instructors grow their community, increase revenue, and deliver world-class client experiences. That means sweating the details, questioning assumptions, and delivering tools that are as powerful behind the scenes as they are seamless for the end user.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product foundation through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and other collaborative activities to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with at least one major programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for building impactful software solutions that improve people's lives.

Qualifications

• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
