About the Role

This temporary Client Care Representative role is focused on providing professional customer support during a 5-month contract assignment. The position involves communicating directly with clients, resolving inquiries and concerns, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer communications in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns through phone, web, and email correspondence.
  • Process applications, application audits, and related work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide guidance on certification pathways and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database.
  • Work with internal departments to develop and support customer communications.
  • Stay informed about company policies and program updates.
  • Improve and document processes and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong phone etiquette at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer care or customer support role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and professionally with people at all levels of the organization and with external contacts.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, logical, and grammatically correct letters and reports.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions.
  • Able to work independently and solve basic problems.
