Responsibilities

• Be logged into the telephony system.
• Handle up to 50+ total calls daily.
• Respond to SMS, Email, and Voicemails from customers.
• Assist customers with scheduling their standard maintenance.
• Assist customers with customer service complaints and concerns.
• Communicate company initiatives to customers (marketing, sales, etc.).
• Direct customers to appropriate departments (where applicable).
• Participate in cross-training within other departments to strengthen skill set.
• Assist management with non-recurring tasks as needed.
• Customer data entry.
• Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the appropriate staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry, etc.).
• Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
• Become an expert at PestRoutes – our CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
