Pay

Base pay up to $15.00/hr. The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Compensation decisions consider training, experience, work location, required travel, and external market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Run the store phone/switchboard and assist customers with returns, questions, complaints, and store directions
• Scan returned goods and place them into bins/shopping carts to return to departments
• Route mail and file paperwork
• Issue Hunting and Fishing licenses
• Cashier duties
• Manage incoming E-commerce customer orders and in-store pickups
• Maintain a clean and presentable Customer Service Desk
• Assist in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies

Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check
