About the role
We're building a team focused on creating supportive experiences that help people feel encouraged, confident, and empowered in their personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Working one-on-one with individuals throughout the day
- Guiding participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
- Helping individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit-building
- Preparing daily plans to help participants get the most value from each session
- Tracking progress and updating internal records so the team stays aligned
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people-focused attitude
- Clear communication skills both in person and in writing
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
- Authorization to work in the United States
Qualifications
No specialized background required — we'll train you. If you have 2+ years of professional work experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people feel heard and supported, this role could be a great fit.
