Join Serenity, a company dedicated to supporting personal growth and well-being. We're looking for Customer Care Coaches who can connect with others and create positive, supportive environments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with individuals participating in structured sessions designed to support personal progress and well-being.
- Guide participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided).
- Help individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit-building.
- Create daily plans to help participants get the most value from each session.
- Track progress and update internal records so the team stays aligned.
- Prepare a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supported.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people-focused attitude.
- Clear communication skills both in person and in writing.
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
