Job Duties

• Provides exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns through appropriate education, information, and follow-up.
• Shares knowledge of plans, products, systems, and processes to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Serves as the primary contact for customers through various communication methods including telephone, written correspondence, electronic messaging, and onsite visits.
• Investigates all concerns and issues to ensure accurate information is provided promptly.
• Resolves customer concerns and inquiries, communicates and coordinates with internal departments as needed.
• Documents and codes inquiries and concerns accurately and forwards complaints and grievances to the appropriate team for processing.
• Completes outbound calls to customers to address complex benefit, eligibility, premium, pharmacy, claims, or other related issues.

Position Details

• Work Schedule / Hours: Monday through Friday 8am - 8pm. Saturdays 8am - 2pm. Shifts may vary based on business needs and will be discussed during the interview and hiring process. Extended hours may be required during peak business times and new election periods.
• Work From Home Requirements: A quiet, dedicated workspace, adequate workstation setup, high-speed internet connection (Cable modem only), and a secure connection are required.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience - Preferred
