Customer Attendant

Our customer service attendants are primarily responsible for interacting with customers, ensuring a positive wash experience at our express car wash locations. Responsibilities Team Members will be knowledgeable on car wash services, technology, and membership options.Educate customers on all options to help them make the best decisions for their needs.Move or direct cars into the wash area with pleasant and competent attitudePerform visual inspection of vehicle condition before sending them through the washSignal drivers to ensure proper loading and unloading of vehiclesPre-wash and prep exterior areas of vehicles before sending them through the washCarry out periodic preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment stays in proper working orderHelp keep facilities clean and organized including tunnel, grounds, restrooms, lounge, and employee common areasAssist customers at kiosk and vac stationsHelp maintain vac stations (clean, emptied, unclogged and hung properly)Assist the management team as needed Requirements Reliable, respectful, and responsible individualDisplays positive attitude and excellent customer service skillsAbility to lift items of moderate weightAbility to work outside and standing for long periods of timeMust be able to work flexible hours, including weekendsPossess valid and current drivers licenseExperience driving different types of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions
