About the role
A full-time Customer Assistance Representative position is available at National Bank's Customer Assistance Center in Pulaski, Va.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide customer service for all eBanking services
- Aid with account file maintenance, processing returned mail, address changes, and other tasks as assigned
- Develop knowledge of bank products and services
- Show critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel software programs (preferred)
