Customer Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to solve real-world technical challenges
• Own the technical success of customer implementations across the company modules
• Design and implement CI/CD, infrastructure, and DevSecOps workflows
• Lead onboarding and enablement programs to boost customer value
• Drive adoption of the full company platform beyond initial use cases
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing strategic success plans with customers
• Analyze usage data to identify gaps and optimize customer experiences

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, DevOps, or technical consulting
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Proven track record of leading complex implementations and achieving customer outcomes
• Technical proficiency in cloud and infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and scripting languages
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset fueled by curiosity
• Adept at influencing both technical staff and senior stakeholders through excellent communication skills

$160,000 – $180,000 annually
