The goal of the customer service Customer Advocate role is to deliver fast, friendly, easy, and right service every time.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders and quotes accurately
- Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally via phone, email, chat and text
- Solve issues and follow through until they’re fully resolved
- Represent the voice of the customer
- Build strong product and process knowledge
- Be dependable, your teammates count on you
Requirements

- At least 1-year of customer service and data entry experience
- Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools
