Position : Customer Advocacy – Technical Specialist
Location : San Diego, CA
Duration : 12 months contract
Total Hours/week : 40.00
1st shift

Position Expectations

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of the product line and how products are used and serviced
  • Conducts Failure Investigations to include testing in laboratory environment
  • Ability to follow testing protocols and written procedures
  • Identifies and communicates potential product related concerns to other departments
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Word, Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Demonstrates good writing skills to enable the drafting of clear technical Failure Investigation Reports
