Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, including cancellations, changes, and confirmations.
- Ensure all customer interactions are courteous and professional.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and services.
Qualifications
