About the role

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Booking Hotels team. This position offers training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve booking issues and provide assistance.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, including cancellations, changes, and confirmations.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are courteous and professional.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service preferred.
